Independent Transportation Terms
Taxi Minnesota does not
call, book, reserve,
contact, coordinate,
dispatch, negotiate,
pay for or guarantee
another transportation
company's service.
Customers are responsible
for selecting and
reserving the other
provider and confirming
its pickup location,
availability, charges
and operating requirements.
The chosen handoff
location must be
suitable for lawful
and safe passenger
loading and unloading.
An open gas station,
public parking lot
or publicly accessible
space does not automatically
permit commercial
transportation pickups.
Taxi Minnesota may
decline any restricted,
unsafe or unsuitable
handoff destination.
Every new Taxi Minnesota
pickup must originate
from an eligible
Minnesota location.
New standalone pickups
inside Minneapolis
and Saint Paul
are not accepted.
Drop-offs are permitted.
Approved continuous
hourly itineraries
originating outside
those cities may
include lawful waiting
and return for
original passengers.
Wisconsin and other
out-of-state pickup
locations are not
authorized under
Taxi Minnesota.
All accepted transportation
requires electronic
payment before dispatch.
